Appointments

Once you have scheduled an appointment through the Book Now button the

appropriate forms will be emailed to you to complete online.

​

My home studio is in Buckfield, ME.

Directions will be provided with your booking confirmation details.

​

If you cannot find a time in my booking calendar that works for your schedule please email me

directly at thebirdsnestmassage@gmail.comMy priority is to find a time that works for both of our

schedules. Let me know what days/times could work for you and I will do my best to respond within 24 hours.

Policies/FAQs

Please read before booking your session!​​

 

​

Payment – I accept cash, check, or Venmo (@rebeccaaesch - please note the extra "a" in the name).

 

.Tipping – Tipping is greatly appreciated, though not required.

 

Insurance – I do not accept insurance at this time. I am happy to provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company.

 

Cancellation Policy – 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows me the opportunity to fill your slot with another client. If you do not give 24 hours advance notice of a cancellation you will be charged the full amount for the appointment. This amount must be paid before your next scheduled appointment.

 

No shows – Should you forget, or choose to miss your appointment, this will be considered a no show. You will be charged the full amount for this missed appointment. This amount must be paid before your next scheduled appointment.

 

Late Arrival – If you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened in order to fit within the scheduled time and not inconvenience those who have appointments after yours. Should you arrive more than 20 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be responsible for the full amount. This amount must be paid before your next scheduled appointment.

 

Cancelling for Illness – If you test positive for COVID-19 within 10 days of your scheduled appointment, or have been exposed to someone who tested positive, you are required to cancel or reschedule as per CDC guidelines. If you are experiencing symptoms of cold/flu/RSV, or anything that may be contagious, you are required to cancel or reschedule.

 

Winter Weather – if you have an appointment scheduled on a day when snow or ice may cause unsafe travel, please reach out to me by 9am. We can decide together whether we are able to keep the appointment or need to reschedule.
